My name is Rebecca Abigania, and I am the founder of Holistic Fitness and Health.

Many training and nutrition concepts currently either come from studies on people with illnesses or are based on men. It’s no secret that these studies have simply been generalized to women without ever being properly tested on them.

Why is this important to know?

Because women are different from men, and certain training and nutrition methods have different effects on the female body.

At the beginning of the training program Rebecca took my body measurements and recommended a few supplements to help me get to healthier version of myself.
